How much is the delivery charges?
Delivery charges do not apply for self-collection or deliveries for areas within Peninsular Malaysia. Delivery charges is only applicable outside peninsular Malaysia. A cash rebate of MYR4.00 per item for card based items and MYR20.00 for printed balloons items on-line order is given for self-collection at our collection centre.

How will you ship my order?
Partyfriends will process your order within 3 business days, which will vary depending on product ordered and subject to confirmation on successful payment.On the 3rd day, we will deliver your order, or you can opt for self collection from our collection centre.Delivery is via courier service of Pos Laju.Transit time within Malaysia is usually 1 or 2 days, depending on the location.

What is self-collection cash rebate?
Self-collection is for customers who opt to collect their order at our collection centre.As an incentive to encourage customers to opt for self-collection, we offer a cash rebate of MYR 4.00 per items ordered online or MYR20.00 per online order for printed balloons. Cash rebate will be given during collection at our collection centre.

What do I need to provide for personalised order?
Details required: (1) Design style (2) Name of Birthday Child (3) Date & Time (4) Venue (5) Party Theme (6) Photos(if any) and email to: [email protected] or incude the personalised details in SELECT THE PAYMENT AND SHIPPING METHOD/ADD NOTES section. This page will appear after filling in the SHIPPING INFORMATION page online.

Do I need to make additional payment for personalised order?
Yes,a fee of MYR30.00 per design for Art Work is charged for card designs and MYR80.00 per design is charged for printing block charge for balloon printing.

How do I make payment for Art Work (card based designs) and Printing Block Charges(for balloon printing)?
For payment of card designs art work,select ART WORK DESIGN CATEGORY and click BUY NOW or select PRINTING BLOCK CHARGE CATEGORY for balloon printing and click BUY NOW.
Note: Self collection cash rebate is not applicable for this category.
